Charissa O’Daniel is an experienced communications strategist and public relations practitioner who currently serves as a Corporate Communications Manager for Farm Credit Mid-America. Charissa grew up in Western Kentucky and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Murray State University. After 14 years in Louisville, Charissa returned to her rural roots and her husband Kelsey’s hometown of Henderson with their two children, Piper and Finn, in 2020. In 2022 they welcomed another boy to their family, Fitz. She is passionate about creating communications that help organizations tell their stories and connect with the people they serve. She looks forward to using these skills to help United Way of Henderson strengthen its connections and impact in the local community.
